Energy drink

the ingredients:
cashew butter (1 tablespoon)
frozen banana (1)
Blueberries (1/2 cup frozen)
Red and black berries (1/2 cup frozen)
Oats (3 tablespoons)
Low fat milk (240 ml)
How to prepare:
1) Mix all ingredients in a blender
2) Then pour the mixture into a cup, add ice and enjoy the delicious taste
