Toast with almond butter, slices and banana

the ingredients:
One slice of wholegrain toast
1-2 tablespoons almond butter
1 small banana, sliced (or half a large)
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
How to prepare:
1) toast the bread, Then put almond butter on top
2) Spread the banana slices evenly over the toast
3) Then put maple syrup on the face, sprinkled with cinnamon, and chia seeds, Enjoy the delicious taste
