In order to facilitate the smooth performance of the Contract by Luz, it is important that you provide your details correctly and completely, such as your name, email address and shipping address as instructed. When you place an order through Luz’s store, you will enter into a contract with Orient Decoration and the contract will be created as soon as Luz sends a confirmation to the email address you provided.
The contract during the period of the offers, and in the event of an obvious error and/or technical failure in the system, such as an unusually low price, is not binding on (Lowz). Please contact us if you doubt the validity of the offer.
The total price displayed in the online store at the moment of placing the order is the total price, if any, including all taxes and shipping costs.

Lowz will do everything in its power to process and deliver your order as soon as possible after receiving the full payment.
Orders are delivered to the shipping address indicated by you and by the delivery methods you choose. The delivery period as shown on the website is an estimate. External factors, such as stock status as well as payment issues and the modes of transportation you choose may affect the delivery period.
If you have an order delivered outside Oman, it is possible that the respective country may charge additional fees such as import tax. Luz brand has no influence or control over these fees and therefore will not be able to report them to you. Before placing this order, you should check whether the items you have ordered can be exported to the respective country or imported in the respective country and what is the cost of that.
The products you have ordered will be transferred to you at the moment full payment is received by Lawz. Luz places great importance on ensuring that products are shipped correctly and completely. If you receive unexpectedly incomplete or damaged products, please contact Luz immediately.
Luz makes every effort to present its products on the Website as fully as possible. However, in the nature of the products shown there may be differences (such as color differences) between the image of the products on the Website and the product delivered to you. Payments are not refundable, please report the replacement within 24 hours from the time the order is received.
Replacement can be done within 15 days from the date of issuing the invoice.
There are no fees for replacement, and the customer bears the shipping cost, if any. The purchases to be exchanged must be in good condition, undamaged, unused, and in their original Luz brand packaging. It is also required to present the original purchase invoice receipt.
We seek to ensure the quality of the product and service provided to all our customers, and accordingly, we reserve the right, in the Luz brand, not to agree to replace purchases in the event that none of the above-mentioned conditions are met, or proof that the product to be replaced is invalid, or what the management deems Fit almond sign.
