Oatmeal and peanut butter smoothie

the ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 whole banana
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
How to prepare:
1) Mix all ingredients in a blender. Then pour the mixture into a cup, add chia seeds to taste and enjoy
delicious taste
