the ingredients:
1 can chickpeas (Dingo) drained/washed
1/3 cup delicious cashew butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
1/3 cup celery cut into cubes
1/4 cup toasted and chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
How to prepare:
1) In a mixing bowl, Mash the chickpeas until it turns into a slightly cohesive paste
2) Then add the cashew butter, salt, pepper and lemon juice
3) Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix them well
To apply:
Served with your favorite bread or fresh lettuce
