the ingredients:
1- cup oats
2-3 dates
3- 2 tablespoons dried fruit
4- ½ cup almond butter
5- Two tablespoons of honey/ maple syrup
6- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
7- ¼ cup ground flaxseeds
Method:
1- Add the dates, honey/maple syrup, butter
Almonds in a blender.
2- Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. And add it to the mixture
3- Form into balls
