French toast with honey

the ingredients:
2 eggs
120ml low fat milk
a little cinnamon
2 brown toast
1 tablespoon olive oil
cashew butter (1 tablespoon)
honey (to serve)


How to prepare:
1) Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the milk and cinnamon and mix together
2) Pour the mixture into a flat dish, Soak the bread in the mixture for about 30 seconds
3) Heat half a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a low heat. Carefully place the bread in the frying pan, fry the bread on both sides
Until it turns into a beautiful golden color
4) Then brush the toast with cashew butter. Add honey to it when serving
